Online Banking Security At CNCCU we use technology which encrypts or disguises all information during your Home Financial Services online banking session. Home Financial Services utilizes a Secure Sockets Layer for the remote possibility that someone were to intercept your data. Home Financial Services provides secure communications using either 40-bit or 128-bit encryption security (the higher the encryption bit number the higher the security level). Home Financial Services requires at least a 40-bit encryption browser, however a 128-bit encryption browser is recommended.

Website Privacy It is our policy to limit the collection and storage of personal information to what is necessary for us to administer our online business and provide you with quality products and services. We will not disclose any information collected on our website to unaffiliated parties.
If you visit our website, CNCCU collects and stores information on the domain you use to access our website, the Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to the site, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used solely to measure the number of visitors to the various pages on our site to better serve our membership. This information is not sold to any third parties.
We also use a technology called "Cookies" to customize the site for returning visitors. A cookie is s small piece of data which is stored on a visitor's PC and later retrieved. This is helpful when you return to a site to obtain information from particular sections quickly. We use cookies only for this limited purpose.
If you send an e-mail, CNCCU collects and stores personally-identifying information in order to process your e-mail, form or application. This information is not sold to any third parties. Due to the volume of e-mail activity, these messages are deleted after they are answered or completed.
If you visit a secure site, such as online banking (Home Financial Services) you will be asked for personal identification numbers which will give you access to the member only section of our website. This information enables CNCCU to regulate entry to the member only portions of our website and to measure member usage. Any identifying information gathered is not sold to third parties.
If you link to another site from any of our pages, you are leaving our site pages, and we cannot be held responsible for any information that may be gathered at a linked site. Many of these links are to our business partners and we make every effort to ensure that these linked sites follow similar privacy policies as ours to offer you maximum security and privacy. There are also some links offered to local media, government agencies, ect from our online banking site to provide you with greater access to information.
