When you sign up for eStatements, we'll stop mailing your paper statements and simply send you an email reminder once your account statement is available for viewing online.

Now, the first thought that springs to mind is, “Is it safe to receive your financial statement over the Internet?” Of course it is! eStatements are stored on an encrypted secure server, where only you have access to your statements. This method is safer than your paper statement sitting in your mailbox, where any passerby could take it and possibly steal your identity. Plus, eStatements won’t get “lost” in the mail. They’ll always be there for your reference.

Instead of receiving your monthly or quarterly statement by mail, which could take up to 7 to 10 business days, you could view your statement by the third business day of the month by accessing HFS Online Banking.
Easy
To sign up for eStatements, Login to HFS Online Banking, go to the Forms and Services section and complete the eStatement Enrollment form. Once you are enrolled you will receive an email notification each month to let you know your statement is ready to access with Online Banking. To view your statement, simply Login to HFS Online Banking and click on the eStatements tab. You will not only be able to view your current month’s statement, but the system will store up to six months of statements for you online. If you wish to have access to your eStatements for an extended period of time, just save them to a file on your hard drive, it’s that easy.
